JuicyDoll is dedicated to delivering premium physical dolls. For YouQu brand products exclusively, we offer a 7-day return benefit: If dissatisfied with your purchase or no longer wish to keep it, submit a return request via our official website within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions of 7-Day Return Service

1. Return Request Window: Buyers must apply for a return within 7 calendar days after the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period are invalid.

2. Return Fees: For returns requested within the 7-day window, the buyer is responsible for a 20% handling fee of the order value, plus outbound and return shipping costs.

3. Product Condition Requirements:

  • The outer packaging must remain unopened to qualify for the 7-day return policy. If the packaging is opened, the product is NOT eligible for return under this policy.
  • The returned sex doll and all included accessories (such as heating rods, wigs, clothing, comb, cleaning tools, user manual, etc.) must be complete, undamaged, and in their original condition and functionality, free from any stains, signs of use, or other defects affecting resale.
  • Returns will be rejected for items that do not meet these condition requirements and cannot be resold.

4. Return Verification Process:

Buyers must provide a clear verification video. This video must comprehensively show:

  • The entire exterior of the shipping box;
  • The original shipping label.

The video must be clear and smooth for our review team to assess.

5. Packaging Requirements:

  • When returning the item, ensure the shipping box is undamaged both internally and externally. If damaged, it must be replaced with an intact box.
  • Using damaged packaging significantly increases the risk of product damage during transit.
  • Important: If our warehouse inspection (images/video proof available upon request) confirms the sex doll or its packaging is "damaged" or "used", rendering it unsellable, we will refuse the refund. Similarly, refunds will be refused if the doll is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging by the buyer.

6. Applicability:

  • This 7-day return policy applies only to orders shipped from our US warehouse to US addresses.
  • Note: All factory-direct shipments, custom orders, or orders shipped to countries/regions other than the US do not qualify for this return service.

How to apply for a 7-day return?

1. Initiate Return Request:

If dissatisfied with the product or no longer needing it upon receipt, you must contact us immediately with detailed pictures/videos for inspection and approval.

2. Shipment Arrangements (Post-Approval):
Upon approval:

  • Return the doll to our designated local warehouse at your own expense
  • Prepay all shipping costs (COD parcels are strictly rejected by our warehouse)

3. Tracking Requirement:
After dispatching the return parcel, you must provide the valid tracking number for our verification.

4. Refund Execution:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after:

  • Our staff confirms safe receipt of the parcel
  • Full inspection verifies compliance with return conditions
